The Caravan

Occupying a larger than usual plot, our Willerby Seasons MkII 8 berth caravan incorporates 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people

Situated within the Lakeside Caravan Park, the Butlin's main attractions are only a short walk away.

A dedicated Car Parking space is included with the caravan, which is located a short distance away.

The caravan is brand new (Sept 2019) and as such offers a very high standard of accommodation including:

• Gas Central Heating.

• Double Glazed throughout.

• Lounge area including Freeview TV , DVD Player, Soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity, Electric Fire and pull out double sofa bed.

• Modern fully fitted kitchen including a fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, airer (including pegs), kitchen utensils including cutlery and crockery for 8 guests.

• Bedrooms feature 1 master double bedroom and 2 twin rooms complete with storage space and coat hangers in all wardrobes. Duvets and pillows are provided.

• Travel cot and high chair are provided

• Bathroom includes large shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.

• Separate (2nd) toilet room with wash basin.

• Pillow cases and duvet covers are charged at an extra £25 or guests can bring their own.

• A well stocked shop is located on site, close to the caravan park, for all your essentials

Please Note:

• Smoking is NOT permitted within the caravan. Guest are permitted to smoke outside the caravan, but they are expected to pick up and dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.

• Pets are not permitted whatsoever.
